1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions govern all access to and use of the jiliboo online gaming platform, including all games, promotions, payment services, and support services made available through jiliboo.net and any associated mobile applications or platforms.

By completing the jiliboo registration process, clicking "I Agree," accessing the jiliboo login page, depositing funds, or participating in any game on the platform, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted these Terms in full. Acceptance is a prerequisite for use — jiliboo does not permit use of its platform without prior acceptance.

jiliboo reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. The most current version will always be available at jiliboo.net/terms-conditions. Continued use of the platform after any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility

To register and use jiliboo, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, in compliance with PAGCOR regulations governing minimum gambling age in the Philippines.
• You must be a natural person capable of entering into legally binding contracts under Philippine law.
• You must not be a resident of, or located in, any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, officer, director, or immediate family member of jiliboo or any of its affiliated entities.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from jiliboo or any other PAGCOR-regulated platform for violations of terms or applicable law.
• Your use of jiliboo must be for personal entertainment only and not for any commercial or professional gambling purpose.

3. Account Registration & Security

3.1 Registration Requirements

To create a jiliboo account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information as requested during the registration process, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and a valid Philippine mobile number.

You agree to maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and complete at all times. jiliboo may request updated documentation at any time to verify account information.

3.2 One Account Policy

Each individual may hold only one (1) active jiliboo account. The existence of multiple accounts registered to the same individual — whether under the same name, address, payment method, device, or IP address — is strictly prohibited. jiliboo employs automated detection systems to identify duplicate accounts. All accounts found to be duplicates will be suspended, and any balances, bonuses, or winnings across those accounts will be forfeited.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely and entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jiliboo login credentials, including your username and password. You must not disclose your login details to any third party under any circumstances. jiliboo support staff will never ask for your password. Any activity that occurs under your account credentials — whether authorized by you or not — is your responsibility. You agree to notify jiliboo immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your account.

3.4 Know Your Customer (KYC)

As a PAGCOR-regulated platform, jiliboo is legally required to conduct identity verification (KYC) on all accounts. KYC documentation — including a valid government-issued photo ID and proof of address — must be submitted and approved before your first withdrawal can be processed. jiliboo may request additional KYC documents at any time as part of ongoing regulatory compliance obligations.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

All deposits to your jiliboo account must be made in Philippine Peso (PHP) using a payment method registered in your own name. Accepted payment methods include GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. jiliboo does not accept cash deposits, cryptocurrency, or payments originating from third-party accounts.

Deposits are generally credited to your jiliboo account balance immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider. jiliboo is not responsible for delays caused by your bank, e-wallet provider, or payment processor.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests will only be processed to a payment method registered in your own name and that matches the information on your verified jiliboo account. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500. jiliboo reserves the right to request additional identity verification before processing any withdrawal request.

Withdrawal processing times vary by method. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within minutes to a few hours. Bank transfers to BPI, BDO, and Metrobank are processed within one (1) business day. jiliboo is not responsible for delays caused by the receiving financial institution.

4.3 Fraud Prevention

jiliboo employs real-time fraud detection systems to monitor all deposit and withdrawal activity. Transactions that appear suspicious, including those indicative of money laundering, bonus abuse, or unauthorized account access, will be flagged for investigation. jiliboo reserves the right to freeze account funds pending investigation and to report suspicious activity to the appropriate Philippine regulatory and law enforcement authorities.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives offered by jiliboo are subject to specific terms and conditions that are stated at the point of offer. These Terms constitute the overarching framework; individual promotion pages provide the specific wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds, time limits, and maximum withdrawal amounts applicable to each offer.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds credited to your jiliboo account must be wagered a specified number of times before they — or any winnings derived from them — may be withdrawn as real money. The applicable wagering multiplier will be clearly stated in the individual promotion terms. Until wagering requirements are met, bonus-derived balances cannot be withdrawn.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

jiliboo reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or claw back any bonus or associated winnings if it determines, in its reasonable judgment, that a player has engaged in bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, placing low-risk or mathematically structured bets designed to meet wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk, colluding with other players to exploit promotions, or any other conduct that jiliboo reasonably determines to be an attempt to exploit its promotional offerings. Determinations of bonus abuse are final.

6. Game Rules

All games available on the jiliboo platform — including slots, live dealer games, bingo, fishing games (including Fishing Kui Li), Monster Dice, sports betting, and sabong — are governed by individual game rules available within each game interface. In the event of a conflict between individual game rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail except where the conflict relates to a game-specific rule that is more specific in nature.

Game outcomes on jiliboo are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems for digital games and by live physical processes for live dealer and sabong titles. jiliboo does not manipulate game outcomes. All RNG systems are subject to independent third-party auditing as required by PAGCOR.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jiliboo platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be referred to the relevant Philippine authorities:

• Registering more than one account for the same individual
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with games or the platform
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated wagering with other players
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial gain
• Using the platform to facilitate money laundering or any other illegal financial activity
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other players or jiliboo staff through any communication channel
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to other players' accounts or jiliboo's back-end systems
• Using a VPN, proxy, or IP-masking tool to circumvent geographical restrictions or security controls
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity onto the jiliboo platform

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the jiliboo platform — including but not limited to the jiliboo brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, graphics, text, software, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of jiliboo or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the jiliboo platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any jiliboo content without prior written authorization from jiliboo.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jiliboo's total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to your use of the platform — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount you deposited into your jiliboo account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

jiliboo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, even if jiliboo has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

jiliboo is not responsible for internet connectivity issues, device malfunctions, power outages, or any other technical circumstances outside jiliboo's direct control that may affect your ability to access or use the platform.

10. Responsible Gaming

jiliboo is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes its obligations under PAGCOR's responsible gaming framework seriously. The following tools are available to all registered jiliboo players through their account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps on your account
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications when your gaming session reaches a set duration
• Loss Limits: Define maximum loss thresholds per session or per day
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the jiliboo platform

11. Account Suspension & Termination

jiliboo reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity
• Account inactivity exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder
• Receipt of instructions from PAGCOR or other competent Philippine authority

Upon account closure, any verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds and any funds under investigation) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to completed KYC verification and the absence of any outstanding investigation. Accounts closed due to confirmed fraud or Terms violations may have their balances forfeited.

12. Amendments to These Terms

jiliboo reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, jiliboo will provide notice by posting the updated Terms at jiliboo.net/terms-conditions and, where practicable, by sending a notification to the email address registered on your account.

The updated Terms become effective immediately upon posting unless a specific effective date is stated. Your continued use of the jiliboo platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of jiliboo, you agree to first contact jiliboo's customer support team to seek an informal resolution. jiliboo will endeavor to respond to and resolve all disputes within fourteen (14) business days of receipt.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines, or to PAGCOR's dispute resolution mechanism where the matter falls within PAGCOR's regulatory scope. jiliboo's decisions regarding matters within its sole discretion — including bonus forfeiture, game outcome determinations, and fraud findings — are final and not subject to further appeal.
